Materials: Textured materials or objects

Process: Design and put together toy for blind child — Feel of toy most important.

Materials: Newsprint
Black crayon
Scissors
Glue
Black construction paper

Process: Place newsprint on texture, rub with crayon, cut texture rubbings, glue to paper, and label.

Materials: Newsprint Black crayon Scissors

Process: Place newsprint on texture — Rub with black crayon — Cut shapes to form collage — Glue in position.

4. TEXTURE
Materials: Newsprint Black crayon

Process: Draw picture by rubbing on different textures.

Process: Draw texture in collage form.

Materials: Cardboard strips
Glue

Process: Arrange textures on the cardboard in an order that tells of a trip, or experience.

Glue
Small objects Cardboard

Process: Glue objects to cardboard — Cover with foil — Press gently around objects — Glue in place.
